It's tough to admit that any performance aspect on a Porsche has been compromised by the factory, but because the range of buyers is so wide, Porsche had to trade some performance to achieve an optimal level of drivability and comfort for all prospective customers. The good news is, If you don't mind (or appreciate!) a bit more engine soundtrack or firmness to your ride, you can access more of the true performance potential of your Porsche. I've made many performance enhancements to my own car from horsepower building intake and exhaust work to suspension upgrades.
